Pink Space Theory: STEAM Event

In conjunction with Pink Space Theory Dreams2Degrees held a Construction Engineering station for students to discover more about careers and opportunities.
On April 25, 2025 Pink Space Theory hosted a hands-on STEAM workshop in Northern Virginia designed to engage youth through interactive stations. Dreams2Degrees ran a Construction Engineering station where students:
Learned about major bridge types (beam, truss, arch, suspension) and the engineering principles behind each.
Explored careers in the construction and civil-engineering fields
Built marshmallow-and-toothpick bridges in a hands-on challenge, testing load-bearing techniques and structural designs
